Ernesto Cab has over 16 years of experience in the management and hospitality field. Before joining the Maria Bonita’s team he worked as the general manager of several successful traditional Mexican Restaurants back in Mexico.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge on restaurant management mixed with a passion for the Mexican traditional cuisine and an understanding of how to create the greatest customer experience.

Juan Cadavieco has been helping food service, hospitality and retail operators increase sales for over 12 years. He is in charge of the administration and menu engineering of Maria Bonita.
His experience inside and outside the kitchen has helped bring to the Middle East the concept of an authentic Mexican traditional restaurant.

MANAGER MB JUMEIRAH
Monette Gegante is passionate, driven, and has more than a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Monette became part of Maria Bonita opening team as a dining room manager. She then served as beverage manager until his recent promotion to general manager at MB.
